Hospitality has grown at a phenomenal rate over last decade. Shlok Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in August 2004, with the purpose of building brands in food retailing.
The company introduced a new and unique restaurant concept called ‘Sanskriti’ which launched on 22nd April, 2005 at Inorbit Mall, Malad. Sanskriti serves pure veg food without onion & garlic prepared in pure ghee by Maharaj's from Rajasthan & U.P.
Today Citymax, from the Dubai based Landmark Group, the owners of Lifestyle, have shown keen interest in Sanskriti. They’ve taken over the master franchisee and intend to open 100 Sanskriti Outlets in the next 5 years.
In order to maintain the Inventory and regulating the Food Cost and the Variance the most essential features of a food chain the company decided to develop an online web based Point Of Sale Application.
